Bought new, tested once by myself.
** Item has been sold once, and returned due to supposedly being "defective", and not all functions working correctly with the user's mobile device. This headphone worked fine when I tested it on my PC, so I can't guarantee that it will function properly using any given mobile device, with any given software(and version of that software). I do not know what the firmware/BIOS version of this headphone is, but I bought it June 2022. No returns accepted**
