This sale is for an excellent condition modified GH40 JM (John Massaria) Edition Mk1 first edition. He's a wizard who improves all the Kennerton headphones. For this one, he used a special fiberglass mesh which helps expand soundstage inside wood ear cup behind driver and it uses special speaker dampening wool to enhance and taper the headphone beyond stock. I'm also including extra fuzzy earpads that he designed if you want to switch things up. He charged me $20 for these, but I didn't really like them as much as the stock pads.

Brand new price is $932. The modded version is priceless. It comes with OEM cable, carrying case, and plaid bag. Includes shipping within USA and PayPal fees.

Why am I selling this? I think it's the best closed back I've ever heard, but I can't find time to listen to them. I have a Meze Elite and a Sennheiser IE900 and this was the one that I didn't find a use case for.

NOTE: I don't know if there is a chip on the earpad area or if the wood just looks chipped naturally. Take a look (I've noted it above the pic) and see why I didn't call it a mint headphone. I've also included a note by JM confirming that this is one of his headphones.
