Compared to the stock cable the soundstage was more expansive with better sense of individual instruments in space, more warmth and enhanced bass response. I listen mainly to jazz and favor acoustic instruments. The Lazuli Reference offered a more organic presentation from top to bottom, the instruments melding in a very natural way with utterly realistic tonality. Detail was increased, with trebles sparkling but never becoming fatiguing.
