Interesting... What does the additional cable do? Is it just separate ground?
Where should it be connected? To RCA of Amp or Dac?
It would be great to see additional photos of female Schuko :)

Yes, it connects to PE (earth) via RCA ground, and is connected where it leads to the elimination of hum, usually at the amplifier. With the Topping L50 and Burson Audio Playmate 2, it has eliminated the hum for me, in conjunction with the LCD-5.

The cable can also be changed as desired
