This special combo is looking for a new home. Fostex's portable (transportable) house sound. It has been stored in the boxes without use for quite some time lately. Yesterday as I was checking the battery charge and operability, I found its sound signature as lovely as it have been in the past. It drives MDR-Z1R at 2 o’clock volume knob with authority. Stable signal with beautiful stereo image that has that drawing quality of the desktop amps , light tubey involving midrange texture. Interestingly, but after a few seconds into the music listening I stopped comparing it to my ZH1ES and got involved the same way with favorite tunes. The bass punch and midrange presentation on some tracks even more likable to the ZH1ES. I did find the Fostex combo exceptional again. It’s the level of quality that can substitute desktop listening very comparably. I liked HP-V1 better than Burson Soloist SL back in the days. Addictive signature.

Would like to sell it as a bundle, but other options negotiable too. Both amps are in like new condition (mint), HP-V1 ≈200 hours of home use, HP-P1 less than 100 hours. All original accessories, boxes. Included carrying case of HP-P1 is never used.
