I mean if I could get the 800s for $800 or less that would be great. I know used 800s is going for a couple hundred more than that. I was wanting the 8XX to give it a shot and get an "idea" what it's going to be like. Possibly do the tape mod, I know there's a lot of conflicting reviews about the 8XX something that love it something hated it. Once I get a little bit of extra money I'll probably just sell the 8XX and then get the 800S if I feel that it's a headphone that I am going to like.
