Money transferred on January 7th (6 days ago), the headphones are not yet shipped and the seller does not respond to private messages. I will wait until tomorrow and then initiate dispute through PayPal.

I had a similar experience, although when I threatened to initiate a dispute, suddenly he responded again and shipped the headphones. I bought the HD800S from him. Seller promised to include new earpads, but when it arrived it had no earpads at all. He promised I would receive the money to buy the earpads if I would close the dispute. I did not do that and wanted to receive the money before closing the dispute. In the end, everything was okay, it just was very strange, as he had nothing to benefit from it and I was covered by Paypal through the whole process.

Do not buy from this scammer! It took me almost 2 months to retrieve my money from PayPal! He gave me some ridiculous excuses, like “my dog died so I wasn’t able to ship the headphones”, etc. He should be banned from this forum.

Too bad that it's a scam, as I really wanted to buy some of his stuff and ready to order when I saw this. Not sure why is he still not banned.
