Bought brand new at Woo Audio in NYC. Been used only in my bedroom, never been outside. Installed screen protector and used in the Benks case, which I will include. The Sony slipcase has never been used. Comes with everything as new from the factory in the original box. Please see pics. It does have Mr. Walkman's firmware version FE Plus which is like the Sony DMP-Z1, which sounds amazing compared to stock Sony. Just broken in 365 hours.
