I actually turned up the brightness on my laptop, as I wondered if it was an issue my end. But no, the seller literally took out his phone in the darkest corner of the universe and just - so it seems - hoped for the best while simultaneously running to catch a bus.

You don't have to be Herb Ritts, but you're selling a 2.5k pair of headphones here!

It's ok. You've put new ones up, but they're not much better. It looks like in the 3rd shot, you're holding the headphone in one hand and taking the photo with the other hand?

Just a suggestion - put the headphones on a table in clear/natural light, stand back from the headphone, take your time to compose your shot, and then closely examine the results.
