I just feel the need to comment that this is THE most comfortable headphone EVER made. When this was briefly available for sale, it was often referred to as pillow headphones. I am shocked that anyone would ever sell their pair. These are soft like pillows on your ears and keep your ears warm.

I also like the warmth of these headphones earpads.
As far as I know, these earpads are same with CD2000.
