I've decided to sell me BorderPatrol DAC SE-i. It's the USB version. It's a great NOS DAC. It has a very musical and smooth sound while retaining decent details and dynamics. It's in great condition and comes with a Tungsram EZ80 tube. I'm not the original owner so I'm not sure how much it has been used over all. This one does have the Jupiter caps in it.

My asking price includes paypal and shipping in CONUS.

Nice. Do you know what the difference is between the SE and the SE-i? Is the SE better than the current “S” model?

I just realized that this one is actually an SE-i. I'm going to bump the price a little accordingly. Sorry for any confusion.

I believe that the SE-i has upgraded caps over the SE. From what I have read it has a bit warmer and even more organic sound but I haven't heard the SE so that's just something that I read and can't back it up with personal experience. I'm not sure of the differences between the S and SE. I think that the S is the newer model of the SE though.
