Audeze LCD-X with standard hardcase (not the premium one).

As the first official Audeze classified sale at Head-Fi I thought it would be neat to put up a B stock (newer ear pad/ drivers) LCD-X that fell on my lap.

The headphone is a B-stock headphone.

B-stock refers to anything that has either left our warehouse and was returned, or is new and was marked as b-stock for cosmetic reasons. Sometimes this means the item was lightly used or not used at all. You can expect minor cosmetic flaws, but the items will be functionally perfect and covered by the same warranty as new products (with the exception of any minor cosmetic flaws).

Buyer pays for shipping (including duties and taxes overseas).

So I posted fast and reread which it seems was the right move..... so @Audeze you are going to be listing B-Stock individually and not in batches? I mean I guess that is fair if you want a frenzy and lots of people going for a few items which is your prerogative as a business and helps create perceived demand but it seems there is already a list for the LCD-X and if I understand your scheme for listing right those who came in fast but not first for this one are going to have to go to the end of the line over and over and hope they get first?

I can't force or even ask you to change your scheme but at least shed some light for those interested in Audeze products as potential customers on how things will be done for future listings so you don't piss off a lot of people... I promise you that is the easiest option for you having piqued my interest. I generally think companies have an obligation to a minimum standard of transparency which your division may not, but I promise your leadership will understand.

I did too, they didn't even have the good manners to post actual pictures this is an attention grab at best and poorly executed I promise it will piss off a lot of people... The attention and giving a few a good price isn't remotely worth it, it clearly wasn't well thought out as they don't have a premade statement on what exactly these new listings are and how they will operate.... now @Drue is probably wondering if he keeps his place in line for next B-Stock sale of LCD-X's or if he has to spend days and weeks and still hope he is first for the next one @Audeze will do.... not worth the time. Vaporware at best.

This is clownery, this is not how proper businesses operate, if they didn't see this coming I have no hope, the only way to make this right is to establish a waiting list... I don't have any confidence that will happen.

Seems like pretty great price for B-stock. I had concerns about the sponsored classifieds just being slightly discounted closeout stuff, or spammy. But this would be a good price for a older used pair. Maybe just some kinks to work out on execution.

tfw click view ignored posts and it's someone you already ignored begging to be added to your ignore list because they refuse to put you on their ignore list so the only real problem is that they aren't ignoring you because you already have them on ignore and they are blaming you for upsetting them because they don't understand how ignore works.
