Germany must have newer cell tower tech than us in the US (but my cell service is miserable where I live). I can barely have my phone within 10 feet of my tubes without them picking up interference. Your picture is stressing me out! Fortunately, the cute doggy is relaxing the stress levels.Playtime for some classic gear. The Amp was stored for quite a while now. Still sounds fanatastic.
Too bad my dog took over The listening seat

That's a gorgeous Supratek.
I don’t know why it took me a while to finally try these tubes out, but I am glad I finally glad I got to hear them. 1st time inserting RCA 45 Globe into my system and I am 1 very happy listener

Thats‘s Fiios M15s.Love the tables (some top-notch woodworking there). Also love the dog.
What is the tall black component to left of the amp?
Bars on windows? Are you under house arrest?
All the windows in the living room are from the ceiling to the floor, the bars are to prevent anyone from falling out
Thanks, I had it changed and dedicated to 45 tubes nearly a year ago to get the full benefits of using 45 tubes in my system. I just never rolled any other 45 tubes until now and it looks the way it sounds, which is absolutely clean and beautiful. That's a gorgeous Supratek.
45s rule! That is a Cabernet that you modified right? Thanks, I had it changed and dedicated to 45 tubes nearly a year ago to get the full benefits of using 45 tubes in my system. 45 tubes rule indeed . I didn’t modified myself, an official Supratek modified it for me. Basically he just replace the Servo circuit (which I believe helped allowed it to switch 45 to 300b in the first place) to a Grange Circuit. The resistors got swap and I got a nice little feedback on/off feature since the switches near the tube doesn’t change from 5V to 2.5V anymore. When I got it back, it did sounded better than stock, but now I am fully locked in for 45 tubes which I prefer anyway.45s rule! That is a Cabernet that you modified right?

In other words, you don't wish to inadvertently recreate the scene in the BOURNE IDENTITY when the assassin falls to the street in Paris.the bars are to prevent anyone from falling out
(I can understand not wanting that)

No, no, no! Those are fenestral ferrite cylinders. Every audiophile domicile should have them! Keeps signal 'nasties' out of the audio gear; and if electrified, keeps unwanteds away from the gear.Love the tables (some top-notch woodworking there). Also love the dog.

No, no, no...Who wouldn't have bars on the windows if across the park you live, it's a jail...or is it a mental asylum (One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest)? No, no, no!
Cheers!

(oops ... should be "Fenestrae XP")
My Latin is kinda rusty. Haven't used it in more than 2,000 years.

Here is my current setup(pictures are in stages from start of setup to current, still not quite finished though):
Edit: Also, I am running premp out of iCan Sig to the soundbar in the last picture (what you don't see is the two rears and sub woofer that are connected to the sound bar via BT).
I couldn't wait to set it up in my Den when it first arrived, so set it up right on the coffee table, and grabbed the easiest set of headphones to hand. This is the iBasso DX300 balanced LO to iFi Pro iCan Signature amplifier to B&W P5 (OG wired).
Apologies, I realize this is supposed to be about full-sized head gear, but I included these flathead earbuds because they are actually harder to drive than the Susvara with the combination of 600Ω and sensitivity of 87dB/mW. This was the second day of setup. This is Asus ROG G731 gaming rig USB out > Topping E70V DAC > iCan Sig > Yinman 2.0 600 wooden flathead earbuds (@WoodyLuvr will definitely recognize these ).
Finally got my last piece to complete my vision (don't mind the little mini fridge in the background. The poor thing has been through hell and back). This is Asus ROG G731 gaming rig USB out > Topping E70V DAC > Shiit Lokius > iCan Sig > Sennheiser HD800 S & Focal Elegia w/Sennheiser RS-140 RF headphones in the background (which are hooked via LO of the amp).
Same as above, but different view to show the lovely "tubiness" of the amp (this is NOT a hybrid amp for those not aware). I really wished that I could actually see the JAN GW-5670W tubes though. I thought about rolling tubes right out of the box but found there really is no need to with this unit. It is (almost) perfect for me. I may reconsider at a later date though. Also, I added my own (stick-on) feet because the stock feet on all devices are too short for any sort of heat dissipation. I will probably work on putting together some sort of small shelf to separate them further (or at least isolate them from touching each other).
My den; please excuse the clutter and overall messy(ness). It isn't near as elegant as most of your beautiful pictures on this thread, but it is my little corner of heaven and I love it. This was taken right before the Lokius arrived.
