reliable store, have tried. got DM8 for 300USD (with store coupons). not from EU warehouse, but within a month and no problem with taxes.
however from July on, new regulations for EU countries. only EU warehouses remain reasonable option from the East ¯_ (ツ) _/¯

Yes you are right. Same is in my country. If Aliexpress don't resolve this VAT thing, I'm afraid that buying from them will be over, especially for items worth up to $25. VAT by itself is not big problem, but other custom taxes are horrible in my country and makes this low budget trade worthless. It is not good time for buying anything from China at the moment. Unfortunately, Ali summer sale is soon (June 15th) and I bought there some good head-fi stuff at great discounts last few years
