When you'd even consider spending $5,000 on a Parasound power amp, $2,000 on a preamp, and $2,000 on a phonostage (whether you actually buy them or not)

You are an audiophile when the monetary value of your audio gear is equal to or more than the value of all your other possessions (housing excluded)

Guilty.
Right now it's about equal to my computer rig with all its pheriphals.
If I'm done with my B22 and have bought an HE-500 it will have surpassed it. :D

You know you are an audiophile when you are proud of this fact.
