Hope to hear how the show went.
Glad to say that the show was great! This is our 4th time seeing Samantha and she has never disappointed.
She had a new drummer and keyboard player last night, Ron Johnson was still on bass.
Since we saw her last she has added a few more guitars to her collection!
Highly recommend seeing her and a great night out for the $40 ticket price...some great value here.

Here are a couple pics that I took from my phone.

Neil Young - On The Beach.png
The perfect grungy production. Rick Danko - bass, Levon Helm - drums.
David Crosby - guitar. Neil sounds like he's about to blow.

Ditto on the grunge thing, this time the backing band is Crazy Horse.

Neil Young - Tonight's The Night.png
A song to grieve the death of roadie Bruce Berry from a heroin overdose.
The band had lost guitarist Danny Whitten six months earlier the same way.

Danny Whitten on vocals here, the song recorded a few years earlier.

Neil sounds like he's about to go off the grid.

Neil Young - Zuma.png
Neil sounding more up-beat on this album.

Neil Young - Rust Never Sleeps.png
The album is about the demise of musicians as they get older because, after
all, rust never sleeps. What a storyteller Neil is.

Now he's really dreaming. These songs are well-composed and solid.

Time period 1974 to 1979 in Neil's life. Up, down, and all around. Thanks to
@bcowen for the idea. HD800 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~> :)
