 = $16.6. The currency symbol is Thai Baht, so what the seller's from Thailand? And last I check the US currency ain't going that far south yet lol.

In this context, the ฿ is referring to Bitcoins, not the Baht. I think this is a bit of an old picture, the Bitcoin bubble burst a while back.
 
EDIT: The Bitcoin is currently $13.51

billions seem a bit extreme, also the logistics involved in manufacturing, shipping..exporting, avoiding taxes is far beyond the realm of a average mortal

Trust me, it is well worth the effort.
 
Have the products shipped via private courier (as described earlier) to a remote, low-population region in South America/Far Eastern Asia (whichever is nearer to the buyer), assemble there, and personally deliver to the recipient.
