It has been my experience that real IE8s have fairly clean indents surrounding the bass dial - these look a bit rough - although the picture is a bit grainy and they could be worn down.
 
Look at some of  the pictures in this thread for better looks.

I was looking at ebay and there are tons of this s**t, it there a way to denounce those sellers? like:

do not even bother.
 
people are always going to sell fakes as long as people are going to buy fakes. 
 
in bucharest you can buy any headphone and iem from dr dre for 10$, from any store at the exist of a subway...

They look pretty good. Did it come in a Sennheiser box? Do you have a picture of the foam the IEMs are placed in? (In the silver carry case)
