Just saw a post from Unique Melody that says it's a budget MEST mkii. I don't need it.

With the sale going on I’m interested to buy MEST MKII. My source is LP W2 connected to smartphone. I was wondering if I can drive this IEM with that source.

Thank you! I wanted to make sure. I know it is easier to drive but wasn’t sure if I would get able to get full potential for this IEM with my source.

Thing is.. Full potential = what you heard so far.

A massive rabbit hole... And im in it.....just save yourselves.

Personally I've never heard iems sound more authoritive than I have on a 6w per channel Topping a30 pro.

Now 6w sounds rediculous for iems but my ears hear a substantial difference than with my 1w per channel dap. The difference mainly being weight, authority on acoustic string picks, soundstage, reverb, etc... Basically everything is just bigger, heavier, and in a sense...better. my opinion of course.
