Honestly, I don't feel at all that they're interested in us head-fiers. They barely lift a finger. That kind of lackadaisical response doesn't earn me any points.

 
I was interested in buying one of their products; I contacted them with questions pertaining to this purchase; they answered my first email (finally!) but, since then, nothing. I've given up.

Disappointing. They did seem keen to make inroads in the enthusiast area and I did make it clear Head-Fi was pretty much THE place on the internet for IEMs - bad rep here = interwebz black mark against your name.

My cat damaged my cable (me = stupid). They replaced it with a newer design - some silver jobbie. Looks nice.
