Sadly they only say "Android Devices tested to work: -Galaxy Note 3" I'm not sure what that mean, but i have bought one and can test it for you if you want, it will be here in about a weeks time.

The UD110V2 connected to Galaxy S4, can only work with UAPP. Thus no RDIO or SPOTIFY streaming support.

I heard that the UD120 sounds very similar to the UD110, and I fellow head fier who uses many IEMs and such has reported that the UD110 and JDS Labs C5 sound fantastic together so I think you are in the clear. Now if you are also using this with a desktop setup I can vouch that the UD110 sounds good with the Schiit Vali, and the Fournier HTA-2. And very nice with the Matrix M-stage with the LME49990 in there

Congratulation.. 
JDS C5 will be a great pair with your UD120. My previous gear was UD110 and love the sound much more when plugged to JDS C5D's line-in, rather then used internal DAC on C5D. Since UD120 have the same DAC chip, I bet it sound as good as UD110. JDS C5 indeed has good spec to drive SE535 and I think it sound good too.

I can only test it with my ipad 3 and my nokia 520(windows) i don't own an android phone. but the dac arrvied in denmark today, now it's 1-2 days to it comes to me ;D

Just tried it with GoVibe Martini+ and Ibasso D-zero. They both sounded quite good. I think the UD120 is quite awesome for that size and price. Unfortunately, Jaben don't have JDS Labs C5, so I can't try it. Both the martini+ and D-zero have some flaw that limit their usability.

Should I take the leap of faith to go on purchasing JDS Labs C5 from JDS Labs USA or even go on the higher range like pico slim of what else..

I think that is incorrect. I think it is dependent on your phone. basically your phone needs to support USB-OTG digital audio out. 
 
I can use spotify on my samsung galaxy s5 with any dac via the right cable, it works perfectly fine.
