The Penon Liqueur Tips are a very interesting set of eartips.

The orange variant boosts sub-bass and improve bass texturing. Pretty unique pair in this regard and definitely a keeper to increase sub-bass in some IEMs.

The black ones are a bit airier in the treble than the orange Liqueur tips.

Should work well with the neo 3

They do suit the Neo 3, and really suit the Penon Fan 2. With the Cayin RU6 and even the cheap BGVP T01s simple USB DAC (works extraordinarily well) really suits, as a cheap option, with it's really small form, the ISN Neo 3. The BGVP T01s is just tiny and only just loses to the staging of the Cayin RU6.....but it has good amplification and is cheap as chips in the right Ali shop. The Orange Liqueurs are one of my go to tips...they are excellent.

EST fans are real. I'm one of those.

from my experience, their no single doubt more EST = more snap, sparkle, air and brilliance goodness as well as amount of clean fine micro details....but, it depend of how its implemented too, for ex, Kinera Urd is darker less crisp sounding of them all. its all about the air around highest pitch sound that feel cleaner and more vast, as well as this extra attack sharpness that metallic string like harpsichord, guitar, percussions, need to get this proper accent intensity crispness...
with Urd i struggle to perceive background instrument like clavichord in classical orchestra while its effortless with Letshuoer EJ09-EJ07-Conductor as well as BGVP DM9, Hiby Zeta and well sure UM Mest MK3 but its over the top since its tribrid + wide range bone conduction....

ive never heard a tribrid or hybrid with 8EST, TSMR RGB is one of those...

The Penon Orb headphones promise to have outstanding sound performance, including strong bass, clear vocals and bright highs. Their hybrid design with balanced armature and dynamic driver, as well as a specially machined brass body, bodes well for sound quality and durability. Specifications such as impedance and sensitivity also seem promising for quality audio.

Can my CS02 improve? Surely yes. It's beautiful, just for that...
Dsnuts says it is an improvement over the CS02. I’m not in possession of the T-OCC yet, but you can rest assured I’m going to try the T-OCC, the CS02 and the Renata with the HiBy R3 II and the Neo 5! Really you having me test the R3/Neo 5 with the CS02 was enlightening!
