Well I will detest this selection because, in context, Zep doesn't even come close to the lyrical bastardization I've experienced in my lifetime. Ridiculous lyrics? Perhaps, but those dudes were high 24/7 and read all of the Tolkien books many times through. They were out of their minds constantly, which I think makes the lyrics, (again) in context, quite acceptable.

Of course the lyrics are "acceptable", they are just incredibly silly and self-indulgent. Can you watch the "fantasy" sequences in The Song Remains the Same without cracking up? I know I can't.
