Judging by what 7hz says about it they’ve developed a new planar driver from the ground up. Who knows how much of that is true, but that’s their official line.

How does this thing look and feel in person? Also how does it sound in brief? Have you reviewed it? Tangzu will always tickle my fancy because their Wan'er was my first IEM ever and it's still a joy to listen to every now and then.

This thing has a super build. This is my first Tangzu experience and I will publish the review in some time.

Smooth and forgiving sound. Bass I expected a bit better. Especially sub-bass. I'm missing the impact of kick drums. Acoustic guitar sounds more lively than electric. Totally my initial impression. Need to listen more.
Female vocals articulation is awesome

Darnit! I got so excited with your review, because this is right down my alley, and then I looked it up...$400.00. NOPE. PASS. Not paying $400 for something when performance for something sub $100 is so great, and $200-$300 is reaching critical performance. All these kilobuck hunters...I'll hold my tongue, as not to ruffle the feathers and the pitchforks, but yeah, for me to go past $500, it's gonna take something truly special, but this is me. My personal take. Everyone is different.

Yeah man. Both looks good. Hip DAC 3 is a solid product as well. They are perfect together because iFi's warmth recovered the lower end of XuanWu Gate.

Paul gave a glowing review for the Hydro. If i didn't buy a few IEMs recently I would have ordered that one too but I'll wait til it drops in price in a few months. Cable looks pretty solid too for a KZ/CCA IEM.

For now I'll just enjoy the Trio and Delci

I guess Moondrop cut the last 15 seconds of the commercial where the camera and software are crap, the paint probably will bubble or peel within three months, and there's a good chance the phone will be dead within nine months to a year.

Kbear Rosefinch got new colorways in ' Pale Purple ' & ' Aqua Green ' on Amazon. One of the best $20 bass tuning budget IEMs out there. I liked these better than 7Hz Legato. I've done Akros mod (400~450 filter), it noticably cleans up the vocal and subbass, slightly reduction on overall midbass quantity, basically getting the entire sound out of 'mud'. 90% of time I prefer the filter mod, except occasionally in a noisy outdoor environment.

I just picked a set up for twenty greenbacks on Amazon USA. The first few tips I tried smothered the treble, turning high hats into tamborines and cymbals into shakers. Once I mounted AZLA Sedna EarFits, with their wider bore, the trebles revealed themselves.

I quite like these now. Kick drum blast beats strike with apt authority and it is a fun set. I'm going to keep these.

Mine is arriving tomorrow! From what I’ve seen in the graphs, looks like it lacks the bass I require but excited nonetheless.

It was my bad - sometimes I often brush over stuff and my explanation was a bit poor & generic.

IIRC @RikudouGoku has a guide for impedance measurements if that might be of some service. - may need to PM him though as I can't remember where it is.

iFi loaned me one for review. It's a damn fine piece of equipment!

I like both colors individually but I think it'd be sick to have them paired up with left and right being one of each color.
