Is the $200 figure still available? I sent an email to T-PEOS asking just that today, wasn't sure. After seeing the Shure 846 going for $899, this becomes very attractive.

Yeah, I checked with them first before ordering but they are still doing it at $200 for HeadFi.

Considering that everyone who buys them here at head-fi posts about it, and we only have about 65 posts, I do not think that they have hit 100 head-fi sales yet. Also its still mentioned on first page of this thread, so I think everyone who wants one at the sale price is set to go (until we hit 100 buyers anyway).
Excellent earphone by the way, much better then their first effort, and a triple-hybrid for $200!!!
