I want to replace the current op amps in my SMSL SD-1955 (DAC) with the AD843JN's, however with the current space that I have on my PCB I'm afraid that brown dog adapter won't fit.  

 
That's basically the inside of the of the SD-1955, and these are the adapters I was going to use

Are there any alternatives that I can use that will fit in my SD-1955, like an extension or something?

You could always try to make your own.
 
I'd go with a DIP24 sockets, put the opamps on the edges, plug the middle in and air-wire the connections.

Anyone else? Or can someone explain how I would be able to do the aforementioned?

Put a turned-pin DIL08 socket in the existing socket to make it a bit higher. For getting 3 adapters into that space tho', you may be SOL.
