I want to order Theorem 720 DAC Headphone Amplifier (Copper). So I would really appreciate it if you could help me to find the answer to 3 questions.

1. Does Theorem 720 DAC Headphone Amplifier (Copper) bypass the iPod’s amp and dac?

2. Do I have to buy a line out dock (LOD) cable if I want to use 720 DAC Headphone Amplifier (Copper) with iPod Classic which has 30 pin connector or LOD cable is included in the package contents? What LOD cable can you recommend?

3. Will my Shure SE535 earphones sound good with Theorem?

1- yes
2- i don't know if it supplied or not .....but it is easy to know ...just read ..watch any unboxing review ..... for a line out cable to get there are alot of options try for example ALO audio the green line ....very good ... and relatively reasonably priced !    http://www.aloaudio.com/cables/portable/line-out-docks/green-line-lod
3- of coarse it will it sounded good with ipod & even better with my fiio x3

 ......but i guess you will need to upgrade it

Hey guys, I'm trying to find that post which contains a log of the OP's se535 burn-in changes... I remember he split it into 4 (or 5) stages: first 50 hours theres no change, 50 - 100 hours, 100-200 hours and above 400 hours I think... I failed to google/search it. Any help would be much appreciated!

i don't know that post you are talking about if you found it please share
for me .... first time i played it .. it was very bright ... more sibilant than now .....now it has warmer and slightly more defined bass than new .... less to no sibilance unless the recording or the song is sibilant by itself 
i guess it is about 200 -250 hours for now ( i don't count them frankly 

) 
just enjoy your iem and get a quality recordings and a good rig and it will reward you

A claim of a 400+ hour burn in period for these IEM's is ridiculous.

Thank you for the link.  I am guessing, however, that there are a large number of folks frantically searching the web for articles extolling he virtues of burn-in for BA IEM's.  Sad, very sad.

I sure hope the “frequency response” doesn't change over time. I'd hate to buy an IEM then have it “burn in” from bass-head to treble-head after 400 hours. We all “know” that any two different headphones (or earphones) make the exact same sounding sound at any given frequency therefore “natural”, “tight”, etc,  can all be demonstrated on the frequency response curve.
 
After 2 years of using a 535 daily, I got a new right-side earpiece and (according to that article), I had to have a right-side “brain-burn” for just one earpiece that I was imminently use too for years. Um, yeah, right.

I picked up the 535 again for the first time in probably a month. Between the spacious soundstage of the E5c and the bass (with added isolation) of the 846, the 535 has been idle. I remember putting the 535 away for a week to give the Ultrasone IQ a fair listen. I thought the IQ had a classy, elegant, and well behaved sound, then I put the 535 back on and man (what can I say). The 535 sounded like a live concert in comparison. Well, here we go again....
 
The 535 is not going back in the starting lineup. The 846 is too smooth, but I'm not going to forget I have the 535. It's still really good (IMO) . If I'd found Viper4Android (V4A) before I bought the 846, I would still be using the 535 every day and probably wouldn't have purchased the 846. V4A solved the sub-bass issue. The 535 goes deeper than I previously thought. Again, the 535 is not the 846, but it would have been good enough at the time (with the right audio software backing up Poweramp).

I have just a standard 535.
 
As far as how good it is, I tell you what, it's free. You can try it first before spending $1000. How about that? If I'm wrong, come back and yell at me in a PM and tell me how I wasted your time.
 
It's not an easy program. It has three levels of controls (beginner, intermediate, expert). Go to XDA Developers for links and info. It is not the program (by the same name) that is in the Google Play Store.

Oh, I failed to mention the part about needing to root your phone, sorry. I don't have it on my new phone. I put it on my old phone. For the best sound, the programs says it requires at least a dual-core processor (so a decent old Android phone).
