Had my HD650's for about 2 weeks now and I love them. Haven't used any of my other headphones since they arrived!
$360 is good price. I got mine for $350 from Amazon during last Christmas sales. Once the sales is over, the price shot up (hovering around $450 to $500) and never came back down since then. With HD700 coming out soon, not sure whether the price will ever go down again. Below is the selling price history at Amazon. Website like camelcamelcamel.com track the selling price. If history repeat itself again, the selling price might go down again at the end of August.
I got mine for $250 (used albeit, but very lovingly so) here on head-fi. Absolutely no regrets.
Where did you find this handy little graph?

It look like stock market graph, amazing someone really do this graph on headphone.
So I picked up a pair of almost mint, two minor nicks I can find, HD650s from a reputable individual for $150 shipped and they arrived today. After thorough inspection I'm very impressed with my purchase but this part gave me pause.
Printed on the driver is 06.09.07 and then HD580 on the next line with Sennheiser stamped into the cone. Is this really the 650 driver or is it a 580 in a 650 shell?
I'm not without recourse, I can do a paypal dispute or a cc chargeback but I'd prefer it if I could verify first.
That seems really fishy for $150.
