What he said. Depends on how much you need to save money. I'd almost always look here first for cans. 2 years ain't much warrenty to me, and it's all repairable for reasonable prices usually.

Both of these headphones are spectacular values and the performance of the two I would say are about equal.  So you could choose either and not make a bad choice.
 
I personally like the Sennheiser more.  I sometimes stretch out on my bed to listen to music and any headphone I have ever used like this gets dislodged from contacting my pillow/cushion.  The Sennheisers oval ear cups aren't immune to this but they don't do it as bad.  Also, with any Beyerdynamic I have ever used it's takes quite a bit of adjusting to get the cups to sit on my head just right and It's hard to keep them from contacting my outer ear, which is distracting.  The Sennheisers are a lot easier for me to position comfortably. The headbands are a draw, both are excellent.  One other pro of the HD600 is the ease of changing cable and the vast array of aftermarket cables ready to plug in.  I don't advocate spending a lot of money on cables in hopes of performance gains. Whether gains are to be had at all is highly debatable and even if you do perceive some gains they would certainly be so small as to make the cost vs performance ratio way too skewed to the cost side.   I only mention cables because cable building can be a fun hobby and a neat way to customize/personalize your headphones and if you ever decide to use a balanced output amplifier the Sennheiser makes it really easy to switch them over and you can switch back to single-ended just as easily.

What he ^^^^^ said.  They're both good choices.  If I had to choose a headphone whose sound is closest to the GR07, though, I've always thought it was the HD600.

Roughly talking only the sound output, does HD600 and GR07 sound close? If so how much close? in which areas they differ?
 
I feel the GR07 are closer to the imaginary soundstage, like maybe 3-5th row from the imaginary stage.

accessory jack is a reliable store,
 
but they dont take returns if you are not satisfied with product, their RMA department is strict, they are hong-kong based, but all their products genuine and brand new.
 
But I doubt Sennheiser service stations honour the warranty claims for the products bought from them because they are not authorized dealers.
 
You may have to send it back to accessoryjack for a warranty claim.

The treble and mids on both are similar, but the HD600 is warmer and has stronger bass.

Really good prices! Sounds similar to EGlobal Digital Store who are also Hong Kong based I think but they offer their own warranty (not sure if it's 1 or 2 years). You could probably just ask Sennheiser if they will honour the 2 year warranty if you buy from Accessory Jack.

clear,clean sound
good sound-stage
very good  details
good for all genres
 
But I do not like Veil/lag/muffle in an headphone and it should be durable, well built, easy to service.

because I only know the sound of GR07 and like them very much, Just wishing an upgrade from it, I am afraid of making an wrong decision.

One man's wonder can be another man's regret. The final choice is yours, Everyone hears differently and has different tastes. I haven't tried both but do own the HD600's and find them to be detailed, neutral, great soundstage and a pleasure to listen to. No veil, lag or muffle. YMMV.

I went through similar research years ago when I was making some HP decisions.  one thing, is there a reason you are choosing the 880/250 pro?  In my research and listening, I did not like the pro line. The best I heard of the bunch was the 880/600ohm.  I chose the hd600, but I am still considering the 880 because it was really tight.  never heard the gr07.

880 pro because it costs only 200$ but cant afford the 600 ohm version as it costs 350$
 
In that case, I am better off with HD600 at 310$ I guess.
 
Was just sceptical about sennys fibre build, and would my DIY amps would drive em good..
