I received my mini radials from Tom, and they are gorgeous.
It will take some time before I set up my desktop system. I wanted to hear how they sound, so I connected them to my Tyrs . I didn't crank up the volume . They will be great on my desktop.

My wife and I will be shopping for a new car this summer (we've been recently having to make do with cheap/used/barely reliable for all the years she was running through grad school to become a licensed therapist) and I've always been keen on the idea of leasing a new car that is always under warranty. No car is built well these days and I hate constant repair bills just to keep an older car running.
I know I'll pay a little more up front each month for the pleasure and relative peace of mind of a new warrantied car but that will be a fixed number worked into the budget instead of the random and potentially prohibitively high cost of random repair surprises. I dislike those.
I will beg to differ. Bought a 2016 Tacoma in late '15, it just crossed 125K. 3.5 V6 + 6 speed manual tranny.
I have replaced a battery (the cheap OEM battery), a serpentine belt, and had them put in new plugs when they did the belt (85K). Two things were done under warranty due to manufacturing issues.

Great! I am not relearning how to make those cuts unless I have minimum five people requesting them. It takes about a full day to tweak everything in perfectly. In the meantime, today I bought a 9 drawer rolling tool cabinet complete with all kinds of tools. Some are a mystery to me but amongst them was a glorious set of Starrett combo squares, Dewalt cordless tools and the usual stuff. Ya pay your money and you takes your chances I suppose. Soon I start on classic turntable plinths and I want the ability to have most any woodworking tool available, some in duplicate and triplicate. Tiger maple and black lacquer will most likely be involved. I need to pay homage to a very good friend on here and finish something in his place.
Of course you were. We knew that. Even the prototype of this schiitwowster would have an integral frame with wheels, serving as a hand-cart. Otherwise it would extremely difficult for the average owner to take a pair of them to regional headphone events/shows.
