Thanks for the quality review, Zelda! It was one of the reasons I purchased the MA750, with which I am satisfied. They are so durable and sound very good at the same time. All in all a great buy!

Sorry to bring an old post back from the dead but I'm considering these and wanted to know how well they did driven by just a normal cell phone. I have an iPhone 6s and that is what I listen to all my music on.

These vs re400?

quite the opposite in terms of signature. the ma750 are U-shaped with large stage, very solid bass and energetic and sharp highs. re400 is soft in bass, and smooth in treble. midrange is more forward on the re400, sweet and well suited for vocals, while ma750 is better for instruments.
detail is similar on both.

for the rest.  build quality is great on the rha, over-ear fit, and a bit better isolation. re400 might have some QC and durability issues, and cable is more noisy.
both are very comfortable (though, not everyone liked the ma750 fit)

My ma750s seem to be weak on the bass, despite others on here claiming them to be better in the lower frequencies. My "screens" that go over the "sound hole" has come off. Could that be affecting the performance of them?

Love these IEMs. After about 1.5 years, I had an issue with the left side, so I contacted RHA support. All I had to do was provide a proof-of-purchase and they immediately shipped me a new pair. Fantastic customer service and warranty.

I'm using RHA 750's with a Cowon P1 - the sound is wonderful all around.  I highly recommend the RHA 750 as an excellent value.
