Which closed headphones sound like the IM03 at around 300-400 price range? How does the HE400i compared to it? I'm asking because I know the sounds of the entire line of these IEMs and can't find a HE400i to try here in South Korea. Thank you!

Thank you! I actually just got home from GSoundLab Gangnam and was disappointed that they don't carry hifiman cans. Everyone has been recommending me the HD600! I'll be taking my Schiit stack at the store to try out the pairing. I guess if I enjoy the sound enough, looks won't really matter lol My "female logic" is preventing me from handing that much money for an ugly (looks-wise) product.

You needn't worry about the IM03 becoming dark when paired with a warm DAP. It never looses it's air or sparkle. The IM04 does. When I paired it with the FiiO X5 Classic, it grew dark and muffled. But the IM03 sounds fantastic.

I say, get whichever DAP appeals to you must, and buy the IM03. You will profit tremendously.

So long as the DAP has a nice low output impedance, you're golden. Most do.

The DX80 would be a better device that doesn't suffer from lag like the AK Jr. Does when u have a large library

Do you think that the lag on AK Jr. will be so huge problem? I dont need to have so large library.
 
In terms of sound quality, do you think that dx80 + im03 will be better than AK jr. + im03?
 
I think i could live with that little lag, but the main factor for me is the sound quality. Mostly Im listeting electronic music, rock, some classic, but many others too.
Some people wrote in forum, that they will go for AK Jr. over the DX80 in terms of sound quality.  
 
The form factor and design of AK Jr. is also very nice and that price is I think very very nice too (279 Euro). And it has also 64GB internal storage, but DX80 hasnt.
