The ER4S are better than the Kaede to your ears....

 
I'm quite sure many more people would find the KAEDEs (and TG334, IE800 & FA-4, for that matter) more appealing sonically and more exciting. I just happen to prefer the ER4S, but I still love the KAEDE, which is, without a doubt, a great and unique IEM.

If you have a set of regular GR07 tips there you no longer use, cut the coloured stem off the tip and place it on the nozzle first, making an adapter, then the tips should fit.

If you're not sure if it fits. Just invert it first without cutting anything and try to fit the stem inside the ortofon tip.
