I accidentally installed my battery contacts the wrong way...and I tried to desolder them. In the process I ripped out one of the pads (maybe two) of the six pads on the PCB for the contacts. Is there any way to fix this or will I have to buy another whole set of parts?

What 6 pads?  Look at the board, only one of each is used.  Considering how tight most batteries are in the Hammond C80x case, it shouldn't move much, just don't mess with it too much.

Re-install them anyway and just run a wire to the top of the cathode (striped part) of D4, that's where the PCB trace leads to.

you can always use a short wire to make the connection...a bit of 2 part epoxy will secure the contact...

Hot glue might be better if you're going to secure the contact. Not quite so impossible to get off if you need to.

Okay, well I ran a wire from B+ to D4 like you guys suggested and ran another wire for a trace next to the B+ pad that looked damaged... I still have the same problem--when I measure ohms between both of the battery contacts I get less than 1 ohm... The center B- pad didn't get ripped out but may be damaged I think...what should I do to correct that just in case?

when you say between the battery contacts...you mean touching the probes to each contact and measuring the ohms between them?

Correct. I get like .8 Ohms or something close to that.

Oh woops...you're right. Now that I look closer at the picture...All of the traces that are connected to the pad are all damaged so could I use 3 wires to fix it like this?
 

 
And if the center B- contact is broken how exactly would I go about repairing that?

Agreed. I'd say take a more careful look at amb's board picture and schematic, then follow where the trace goes.
