Sound isn't great on this. But it's the best I've found so far. The (remastered) audio-only version is just way too bright imo!

Irish band that started as punk, but also had some post-punk and new wave influences later on (according to Wikipedia ). This track contains elements of all the above to my ears...

Still around, though with a new singer.

Interesting. I think a number of the more well-known (and also some lesser known) post-punk and new wave groups are still around and/or producing new content... in some form or another.

The staying power that some of these groups and songs have is interesting.

It’s been quiet lately...

Here are two albums, I enjoy. They are not post–punk or new wave, more industrial / electro industrial.
I believe people here might have an interest in them anyhow.
