If you get custom earmolds like he says though they should fit any ears perfectly, even yours In theory...

I think the ESW9a is the most comfortable on ear I've tried. Very good too, with luscious mids. If someone gave me a choice of the M80, M50, HD25, DT1350 and ESW9a, my mind would be telling me go for the unbreakable M80 or HD25. My ears...and not the inside...but just the lobes would say the ESW9a. Neither the M80 or ESW9a isolate that well though.

I would recommend CAL! or Denon 1001 if considering all aspects, both hd25 and dt1350 have uncomfortable clamping force.

phiaton ms400 might be a good choice.
 
it covers your ears, is comfy, sounds good and isnt very big.
cant vouch for isolation tho, was in a shop testing them out.

Koss porta pro. Open-aire so u can hear ambient sound, foldable, cheap. Con: 1980's looks.
