They are the same as the Future Sonic EM3's. Just rebranded.

They're not Plugs :wink:
They are made for Sennheisers wireless systems (see the picture in this link: http://www.sennheiser.com/sennheiser...sf/root/21510#), so that is probally why you haven't seen them. They are discontinued now though.

The IE3 is the same as Future Sonic EM3 (the phones actually say Future Sonic, but the pouch and receipt says Sennheiser), so Sennheiser just rebranded the EM3. You can still buy the EM3 from Future Sonics (http://www.futuresonics.com/html/products.html)

finally got my alessandro's, so it's time for an update photo. It's not as great as some of your portable sets, but it does it for me(for now

With 70% ethanol. However they're permanently stained, but clean.

mine are a little bit yellowish but not that much... well i dont use them as much but still. btw the metal tool that comes with them is great for cleaning them

eh i get it for free, whatever the lab has around

70% > 100%

iso > ethyl

we'll call it a draw, haha

to be honest, i dont even have canalphones, alcohol is stictly for keepin the fresh white kicks on point
