I got stuck working until about 1-2 PM, how late will it run? It's a bit of a trip from where I work (Staten island), so may not be worth shlepping out unless it lasts late enough.

6pm breakdown at 5:30 Should take you a hour from Staten island.You can get a couple of hours in ,Just pick what you want to hear most.Also there is the Diner run after the meet to hang out.

As to travel time, sure, at 3AM likely a bit more than an hour. But on a nice Saturday afternoon....who knows

Would love to come with my wife, as the hall is directly on our train line...We're both is motorized wheelchairs, so I have to call the hall and make sure we'd have no issue getting in....Also don't have much to offer as far as bringing anything along...Is that OK?  I could bring my Pono if that's an issue?  Thanks!

I love the Pono, I think it needs to be heard by more audiophiles and headphone enthusiasts. Fine to bring that. You can also just come and listen to stuff...

Give the hall a call,I think you can come in the side door in the front.
Ok to come & check out the gear without bringing anything.Put I am sure members would like to hear the pono.

Hey Tom, I had wanted to come, but it looks like I won't be able to make it either.  

  Like dusk, I have a conflict on that date.

  I haven't been there in almost 20 years... and I wasn't in Head-Fi then so I've never met the NY crew (except for you and Vinnie that is).

Put me down, for once, I can definitely make it.  Looking forward to trying out some hi-rez players (including the pono).  I'll bring my rockboxed iPod Classic 160gb (7th gen) along with my Sony 7506's and Grado SR60's.  That's all I got left nowadays :-|
