Not Receiving E-mail Messages When a PM is Received - Hasn't Worked For Several Months

I'm not getting an e-mail alert when someone leaves me a PM here on the site.  This feature hasn't worked for me for several months.  It may have been going on since the last update to the site.
 
If this issue could be looked into for me, I'd greatly appreciate it.
 
I want to give a big "shout out" to those who volunteer much of their time to keep this forum running.  Bravo!!

I believe I'm all fixed up.
 
I'm getting:
 
  1. E-mail alerts when a post gets applied into a thread where I am subscribed.
  2. E-mail alerts when someone sends me a PM here on the site.
