I'm thinking of getting an Arrow 4G but not sure if it's a good idea. Anyone have any experience with matching up a 1350 to an Arrow 4G
Nice pics rasmushorn! How about some impressions?
How does the DT 1350 respond to your amps btw? Is there one that has some magical synergy with the Beyers?

If the DT1350 can be driven so easily by an ipod, I don't think yall need to worry too much about which portable amp you get.
Having said all of this, I find that they REALLY require a quality source; the better the production and the better the source the better they sound. With other headphones I have, running them from my computer through a stereo amp was enough to really improve the sound, but with these the feed from the computer is too poor quality and is unfortunately very noticable. So I am now looking to get a headphone amp to run these. The FiiO E7 is affordable and can be run from USB, so I think that's going to be my first step so I can get around the onboard soundcard (I usually only play some PC only games from my computer this way, everything else is done on my main stereo so I've never invested in a good soundcard). But I would love to hear impressions that other people have on how these work with different amps, as I'm only getting the E7 as an introductory one to address problems I have in my setup. I intend to get a better portable amp in the future.
The DT770/600 I had was like that too. Just bare plastic on the back of the cup. I didn't bother to mod them because I didn't like them that much to begin with and wanted to keep the resale value up. The DT990/600 at least had some thick felt around the vent opening...
With the iQube they sound VERY detailed and with the P-51 they become a bit darker and that suits them very well. But it is still too early to say more. I am still below 25 hours and the DT-1350 haven't opened up to me and let me enter the music yet. I expect that they need at least 100 hours on them before they are ready....
