Have you considered the Project Sunrise II hybrid tube amp. Lots of features, a HUGE amount compatible tubes, works well with a variety of phones, sounds great, made well, is a Diy kit but they'll build it for you if you prefer and under $250.

Dont buy an amp without considering it.

Quite flat and very dynamic with the 650's - Love it
