Digital filters are ESS new chips features

ESS have had this features for about a decade. The new thing here is that some pre-programmed filters are available on a phone to the user.

I just bought a LG G6, and that was just 9 months after my V20. If this V30 can allow the full output in high impedance mode without messing around with cables I will probably get this one...

Ok so plus version is 128GB while normal is 64GB. But thanks to micro sd slot, plus version seems not necessary except you want to use dual sim.

They talk about Hi-Fi for less than 5 minute though. Seems they focus on video and camera so much.

*Release date, specs, and back cover logo of the LG V30 may vary according to country.

I will wait for user's review.

It would be nice to see how b&o have tuned v30 this time. Although i don't expect too much from them. It also seems like they didn't focus too much on audio part maybe because they don't want v30 to be a niche product like earlier versions. ESS 9218p seems to be like some modified version of g6 dac.

I think I should wait for Huawei Mate 10 and then decide.

I think the plus could gain 2 extra gigs of ram to justify its uniqueness.

I'm ready to order. Tired of the v10. It still works but it's getting dated and things aren't working like it used to.

Only thing I'm worried about, is the battery, they don't last to long. I've gone through 2 in the last 2 years, and that's just me dragging it out. Which I don't understand because lg makes their own, which means they can put the best in their own products and cost wouldn't be a big factor.

Anyways, liking the new look, like the camera. Understand why they didn't talk to much about the audio, it didn't change from the v20 or g6. So nothing new there to promote and write home about.

I'm not sure I appreciate the trade between user-replaceable battery and water resistance but I'm glad LG continues to release these types of phones. My next phone might very well be one of them.
