To cut down on all the threads (darkest desires, thrash metal, black metal, death metal) I thought we should just used 1 big thread to keep discussion high and not have to search for one thread just to make a post about a death metal band.

Listening to Audioslave/Audioslave at the moment, bought that and two Soundgarden CDs two weeks ago after finding out Audioslave was basically Rage Against the Machine reborn, plus Chris Cornell. Excellent!
Although Superunknown has a lot of good well-known cuts on it, I’m still trying to warm up to Down On the Upside… it has a lot less energy than the other two CDs, the band obviously hadn’t found their groove yet.
