Total:$1590... Ok, so I'm not cheap. This is not the best as a financially concerned person's hobby.
Most of you obviously have a computer anyway, subtract $500. Add in $100 for the BJ cables.

The reality is I just care about the music... as long as I have me some speakers or headphones I could care less what they are.
If I had to stick with some bit of high end gear it would be some soundcard to M3 to a pair of HD580s.
