I would give them another 24 hours, and if no word (be sure to check your ticket for updates) shoot me a PM with your ticket number and I will see if I can push on it a bit!Not really being negative. Just imagine the marketing team getting ulcers as they try to juice the engineers into trying to “move this along!”
On that note, agreed to send in ZS for “refresher treatment” last week and waiting for instructions. Need to know where what to send and what to include. Sent a reminder note yesterday but no word as yet. Any ideas?
