Thanks for all the input guys. Out of all the suggestions it does seem to be some sort of Suunto. I watched the episode where he wears this watch, but it wasn't very helpful since the video was rather low in resolution/quality.

I'm thinking another possibility is the 5.11 Field Ops watch, since he seems to wear a lot of 5.11 gear/clothing in other episodes.
