the crowne plaza in white plains, where we had the meet last year, was an excellent location. we should look to see if they have a smaller room as turn out to recent meets has been less than stellar. really we would only need room for around 20 people.

We had more than 20 people at the last meet.  It was about 40.
 
I wasn't thrilled with the Crowne Plaza only becaue they screwed up the billing really badly.  They charged me twice for the room and charged the lunch Vinny graciously offered to buy to my credit card as well and it took almost 2 weeks to get things straightened out.
