Havi b3 pro 1 thread 2.0

Yeah there is nothing quite like it, and I really regret not buying a backup pair. My left earpiece started acting up, moving the wire around cuts out the sound from one of the drivers in left piece. Man this is my second B3 but I have had it for a long time.

But getting back to how sexy they are, they offer a stunning clarity and a non fatiguing balanced sound signature that I even use them with EDM no joke. I don't even use EQ. And this is coming from a legit basshead. Havi has amazing quality bass imo, once you get a proper seal with them.

Anyone know the cheapest place to get a pair?

I used them with EDM too, but while I felt the bass quality was great, felt like it lacked a little punch. Not a basshead though, it just didn't seem to have quite the impact the music deserves. +1 on the vocals, fantastic.

Maybe Father's Day sales from Penon if they have them?

You need to try the Fidue A73. It's like a bassy Havi B3 Pro 1. It's got good staging, maybe not as good as the Havis, but it's close, and it's got that crisp and clear yet laid back treble. The mids are more lush and it has articulate, punchy and full bass.

Perhaps one day I will. Got many nice things right now: Earwerkz Supra 2 (absolutely keeping, no doubt), Tralucent 1Plus2, and a used 1964 Ears Qi on the way. Much testing, maybe a couple reviews at some point, who knows? If someone ever sees the A73 for like less than $120 soon, definitely lemme know

Ciems, nice :) That is some serious kit you have in your collection! I have always wanted to try the 1plus2

I've always like the idea of a universal custom like the Supra2 and SD series but kinda difficult to justify considering the price is also halfway into custom territory..

Actually, none of those are CIEMs, they're all universal versions. I was wondering about the 1Plus2, but deemed it out of my price range. But then I managed to miraculously find someone selling it that was willing to trade it for my one of IEMs (which I put up for sale anyway) and a little cash so now here I am with one of the top IEMs in the game. You wanna try it out, bring yourself down here to Seattle and listen! Haha

The thing is, I'd contend that, at least in the case of the Supra 2 (haven't heard any of the StageDrivers), it justifies its price to be universal while looking damn good. To my ears, the Supra 2 is pretty much flat neutral and has great detail, resolution, and soundstage. Plus, being only dual BA, it absolutely disappears into my small ears. You know how you imagine customs to be just flat up against your ears? That's never the actual reality with multi BA and even less possible with small ears. They always stick out. But not with the Supras; they actually fit into my ears exactly the way I envisioned a CIEM to fit (including in terms of nozzle depth, these go very deep), except it's universal. They're also my (so-far) absolute kings in comfort. I had them in today for 8 straight hours and only took one of them out for any period of time when I actually had to hear someone talking to me. Otherwise, they didn't leave my ears; didn't have to fiddle, didn't have to reseat, they caused zero discomfort. The 1Plus2 can't manage a quarter of that and I can only hope the (used) 1964 Ears Qi universal I have coming in can manage at least as much as the 1Plus2 since they seem a little on the large side as well.

Thanks for the heads-up. That's tempting indeed, but my wallet still needs to recover haha. I also bought an HE-560 in addition to the IEMs I listed haha.

I have been using the Havi B3 Pro 1 with the Aune B1 portable amp since getting it

It has been revelatory to say the least. The Aune B1 is neutral with a mid range emphasis to my ears. Aune b1 in high gain mode with 40 mw current mode - makes my havi sound ethereal and unreal.

Aune B1 (max settings) + Havi B3 Pro 1 + Maria Mena = :O

Maria Mena is excellent! One of my favorite female vocalists. I'm sure Havi does her some justice.

I run mine through either my Objective 2 or my NX1, both of which are ruler flat. The Havis sound like sex through either amp.

I usually listen to porn grooves. You know, the Official Licensed Soundtrack to Swedish Erotica?
