I don't think any ear pads will increase isolation since the gap between the frame and cup is where the sound is going in or out but you don't want to seal it since this is what gives it the good sound stage for semi-closed headphones.
 
As for more bass slam, if anything I want to reduce it or better control it since it bleeds into the mids, but this is just my preference.  The Audeze vegan pads will increase the slam but it just over powered all of the other frequencies so it ruined the sound for me.  I know others have tried other pads so hope they can give you other recommendations.

If I were to save money and not get the grado adapter (which I highly recommend due to its very high quality) I would get this one

Not the one posted. The LEMENG just looks cheap to me. Also, I've heard of hosa.

Still, give the money spent on the headphones, the grado adapter is worth getting.
