Im quite sure you won't be able to order these for some time to come (since FitEar handmakes them in small batches, and they tend to sell out their phones for months...) but once they are available, you can give Price Japan a shot.

I thought when u place an order of the CIEM, they will asked u do u want any name to be written on top of the pelican case ?

No such service on the Pelican cases at least not from Hong Kong...........just the 8 (?) letter option on the ear pieces...

Because when I placed my C435 order, it comes with a  pelican case.
 
But moi already have 2 unused one lying around.

Just unexpected that this service is not offered in Hong Kong. Not that I would have my name on it...

Yes my C435, MH335, ToGo! 334, Parterre all come with Pelican Cases as will my 223 & 333....it is the naming service which is not an option/service available in Hong Kong.
